Hi I'm Jenny -

I was born and raised in Germany, that's why I'll probably entertain you with my funny accent during our time together. Yep, it's something I'll never get rid of even after 6+ years of being an "Aussie".
Finding love in Australia made me choose this beautiful country to be my new home. My partner Cam (we'll find more out about him later) and I spent two weeks travelling through Tasmania in a van together as our first date. And yesss for the curious ones, we shared our first kiss by the bonfire, beneath the moonshine. Awww. Yeah, you guessed that right, that's where our biz name originated.
My obsession for dachshunds is big and our two dachsies Hazel & Balu bring so much joy to our lives. Ok, maybe let's say I'm an animal lover in general. Which means, I'd love for you to bring your pet along to your shoot cause they're your babies, right?!
I love a dance, so I might hit the D-floor with you on your wedding day and share a boogy with aunty Sharon to some 90s hits, while taking some action shots.
Pre wedding day I'm the person behind all emails & zoom catch ups. I'm here to assist you with any questions that might come up. I'll help you create the perfect flow for your special day with all my inside knowledge & experience I've collected over the years.
On your wedding day I'll either snap all the candid moments or at some point I'll invite you into a comfortable space with no awky vibes. All while making sure you're having the best day ever. So much more than "just" a photographer, right?

It wasn't just about the photographs, it was about all the fun we had that morning down at Main Beach; the laughing, dancing, kissing and of course rolling around in the sand, soaking wet! Those experiences do not happen every day of the week and to be able to have shared those intimate, honest, raw moments as a couple (and for them to be captured) was something incredibly special. Jenny's nature and the way she works meant that we literally felt as though there was no-one else but us in our little bubble that morning.

We'll invite you to a space to be yourselves, have a fun time together but there will also be some moments to just be in your love bubble. Using some gentle prompts helping you to focus on the connection you have with each other.

We'll be spending hours before your special day prepping our gear and ourselves to get all the creative juices flowing.
We like to arrive a little earlier to ensure we're on track and make sure your day will run smoothly. We'll be there for the getting ready (if you wish so), helping you to calm those nerves, snapping all those shots and be literally your right hand. Yep, we're not only there to capture your day, we got you and will assist wherever we can to make this the most beautiful day.
We'll be there capturing every moment of your most memorable day and won't miss a beat. Getting ready, ceremony, reception - yes, right to the after party capturing all those funky dance moves. If necessary we'll be in the centre of it all to get that shot or we'll be like a fly on a wall documenting those candid moments, whatever it takes.
For your couple photos, we'll do what's comfortable for you. We'll help you to warm up a little with some fun or meaningful prompts. Trust us, we'll have an epic time!
We like to spend time together as a couple and time with our two spoilt dogs. We're not only praising the honest & true connection, no, we live it every day. Cause love is the core of everything, right?
We love travelling. In 2017 we did the loop around Australia. It's been an incredible experience. That doesn't stop us from wanting to do it again though. Our biggest dream was always to have a van that we could park on the side of the beach, just have a little swim and a nap after that in our van with the doors open so we can feel the breeze. Well, dreams come true if you chase them. We are currently living full-time in a school bus. We love being close to nature every day and be able to travel even more to capture love.
Anyway, that’s a little sneak peek into our life and a few of our favourite things. No matter who and where we are, we’re all souls wandering this beautiful earth, with a different story to share. No tale is one and the same. And that’s why we LOVE documenting love stories (and hopefully yours too!)
